WestRock to acquire five corrugated facilities from U.S. Corrugated for about $192M
WestRock agreed to acquire five corrugated converting facilities in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Louisiana from U.S. Corrugated Holdings for about $192 million in cash and stock. The deal is expected to close in June 2017.
