Flowtech Fluidpower acquires fluid power distributor Group HES
Flowtech Fluidpower plc acquired Group HES Ltd, a Gloucester-based fluid power solutions provider with branches in Birmingham, Durham, Gloucester and Leeds, adding it to its Power Motion Control division. The deal was announced on 12 October 2017.
