Fom Industrie completed the first phase of a new plant in Cattolica, Italy, doubling its total area from 20,000 to 40,000 sqm. Relocation of production departments began and will be completed by early 2026.

FOM Industrie and Graf Synergy have announced a partnership to form the FOM-GS Group, combining their aluminium and PVC-U cutting and machining technologies, with a combined turnover of over €110 million and more than 500 employees.

Fom Industrie srl, a leading manufacturer of aluminum working machinery, has acquired a stake in the share capital of Graf Synergy srl, a company specializing in PVC tool machines manufacturing. The combined group has a turnover of 110 million euros and 500 direct employees.
