AEV signs exclusivity pact to acquire Lafarge Philippines cement ops
Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. signed a nonbinding exclusivity agreement with partner CRH Plc to potentially acquire the majority of Lafarge Republic Inc. and related companies, including four Luzon-based cement plants.
