WEPA agrees to acquire Van Houtum Group, creating a top-three European tissue player
WEPA Hygieneprodukte signed an agreement to acquire all shares of Dutch Van Houtum Group Holding B.V., a producer in Swalmen with about 200 staff and around EUR 60 million in revenue, pending antitrust approval. The price was not disclosed.
