WEPA Group takes over paper producer Van Houtum in Swalmen
German paper group WEPA Group, headquartered in Arnsberg, has acquired Dutch paper producer Van Houtum in Swalmen. WEPA Group has 3,000 employees across eleven European sites. The deal was reported on 10 May 2017.
