Ball to acquire 80% stake in European can maker Benepack for about EUR 184M
Ball Corporation agreed to buy an 80 percent stake in Benepack's beverage can businesses, which have plants in Belgium and Hungary, for about 184 million EUR; closing is expected in Q1 2026.
