SGT Group acquires Axium Packaging to expand plastic packaging capabilities
PET preform maker SGT Group of Rezé, France, announced its acquisition of Axium Packaging, a Saint-Étienne injection and blow molding firm with 385 employees and production in France, the Czech Republic, Italy and Germany.
