ProAmpac to acquire Gelpac from investor group led by Namakor
ProAmpac signed a definitive agreement on March 13, 2024 to acquire Gelpac, a producer of multiwall paper and poly-woven packaging with six facilities in the US and Canada, from an investor group led by NAMAKOR Holdings.
