Novacap acquires Alliance Labeling, Canadian packaging and warehousing firm
Novacap has acquired Alliance Labeling Inc., an Oakville, Ontario provider of ancillary packaging and warehousing solutions with engineering capabilities. The deal aims to expand Alliance's presence in Ontario, Quebec, Canada and the US.
