Carton Group signs agreement to acquire Italian packaging maker Europoligrafico
Carton Group, owned by Waterland, signed an agreement to acquire the operating business of Europoligrafico, an Italian packaging supplier with about EUR 60 million turnover and two Italian plants. Closing is expected in early autumn 2023.
