Danish packaging group Westpack, owned by Adelis, is acquiring London-based premium packaging provider Wrapology from Waterland-backed Carton Group. Wrapology operates across Europe and Asia, including Hong Kong and China. The announcement is dated August 25, 2026.
German carton and boxes specialist Carton Group acquired London-based luxury packaging company Wrapology for an undisclosed fee.
Carton Group, owned by Waterland, signed an agreement to acquire the operating business of Europoligrafico, an Italian packaging supplier with about EUR 60 million turnover and two Italian plants. Closing is expected in early autumn 2023.
