LyondellBasell buys Veolia's 50% stake in QCP plastics recycling JV
LyondellBasell agreed to acquire Veolia Belgium's 50% share in Quality Circular Polymers, becoming sole owner of the plastic recycling joint venture with facilities in Belgium and the Netherlands.
