Biffa completes acquisition of remaining stake in PET preform maker Esterform
Biffa completed the acquisition of Esterform, a PET pre-form and bottle manufacturer, building on its 2023 purchase of a 49.9 per cent stake. The deal was reported on 8 October 2025.

Biffa completes acquisition of PET bottle maker Esterform
Biffa has completed the acquisition of Esterform, merging it with its PET recycling operations into a combined business trading as Esterpet. Esterform makes PET preforms and bottles at sites in West Yorkshire and Worcestershire.

Biffa Polymers takes minority stake in PET preform maker Esterform
Alongside the Esterpet deal, Biffa Polymers made a minority investment in its sister company Esterform, a manufacturer of PET preforms. The stake size and value were not disclosed.
