Marchesini Group acquires Milan-area packaging machine maker M.A.R. S.p.A.
Italy's Marchesini Group has acquired M.A.R. S.p.A., a Milan-based maker of pharmaceutical packaging machines for liquids, powders and syringes. M.A.R. will keep its Lainate site and staff and expand by hiring technicians and designers.
