EU clears ADNOC and OMV acquisition of Nova Chemicals without conditions
The European Commission approved without conditions the acquisition of Nova Chemicals by ADNOC and OMV, part of a broader merger plan with Borealis and Borouge. The approval was reported on 10 July 2025.
