Addtech Process Technology acquired 100% of Advanced Valve Solutions Holding B.V., a niche provider of engineered high-end valves and steam attemperators for power generation, headquartered outside Amsterdam. The company has 27 employees and annual sales of about EUR 13 million.

Plug Power signed a definitive agreement to acquire Frames Group, a Netherlands-headquartered turnkey systems integrator with about 300 employees, on November 9, 2021. The deal supports Plug's goal of 3 GW installed electrolyzer capacity by 2025.

Vattenfall signed a delivery and installation contract with Nordex for 32 N117/3600 turbines to expand the Wieringermeer wind farm in North Holland by 118 MW, including at least two years of service.

China's Dalian Energas Group acquired 100% of OPRA Turbines BV, a Dutch gas turbine manufacturer based in Hengelo, in August 2017, as disclosed in December 2017. OPRA continues to operate from its Hengelo headquarters within Energas Group.

Siemens Gamesa and DONG Energy signed an agreement to supply 94 8-MW offshore turbines totalling 752 MW for the Borssele 1 and 2 wind farm in Dutch waters, including turbine maintenance. The nacelles will be assembled in Cuxhaven, Germany and the blades produced in Hull, England.

VBMS, a Boskalis subsidiary, and NKT Cables were awarded a TenneT contract to supply and install two export cables connecting Borssele offshore wind farms 1 and 2 to the Dutch grid, with Boskalis's share worth about EUR 70 million.
