Trebor Developments completed the pre-sale of a 625,000 sq ft freehold turnkey site at Delta Park, Peterborough to Crown Holdings for a build-to-suit aluminium beverage can plant, with total capital value over £150 million. Main contractor ISG began work in June 2022 with completion expected in summer 2023.

ISD Solutions completed a second coldstore facility for Kuehne + Nagel at its Greenford site in north west London under a £635,000 contract. The 3,860 sq m building uses Kingspan panels and operates at minus 25 degrees.

Lidl has awarded door manufacturer Hörmann a contract to supply 120 loading bays for a new 600,000 sq ft regional distribution centre in Avonmouth, with work starting in August 2017 and completion due in spring 2018.
