Beijer Tech, a subsidiary of Beijer Alma, signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Uudenmaan Painehuolto Oy (UPH), a Finnish compressed air equipment distributor and maintenance company with about EUR 3.3 million annual revenue. Closing is expected in March 2025.

Nomo Group, a Power Transmission Solutions company within Axel Johnson International, is acquiring a majority stake in Finnish seals specialist Top-Osa of Tampere. The deal expands Nomo's sealing offering across the Nordics.

Momentum Group signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of Hydjan Oy, a Helsinki-based specialist in hydraulics and pneumatics for industrial customers in Finland. Hydjan has about EUR 1.2 million in annual sales and six employees.

AVS-Yhtiöt Oy and its owners sold AVS-Power Oy, a Finnish technical wholesaler and manufacturer of pneumatics, industrial valves and compressors, to Beijer Oy, a subsidiary of Beijer Alma AB. The deal was advised by Avance Attorneys and reported on March 4, 2024.

Finnish companies Sammet Dampers Oy and Caligo Industria Oy announced a sister-company merger, with Sammet's assets and liabilities transferred to Caligo Industria, effective March 31, 2024.

Neles Corporation and Valmet Oyj completed their merger, with trading in the new Valmet shares starting April 1, 2022. The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority had approved a supplement to the merger prospectus.

Valmet and Neles signed a combination agreement and merger plan under which Neles will merge into Valmet, creating a company with illustrative 2020 net sales of about EUR 4.3 billion and around 17,000 staff. The combination targets roughly EUR 25 million in annual run-rate synergies.

SPX FLOW entered a combination agreement to launch a recommended public tender offer for all shares of Finland's Uutechnic Group Oyj (UTG Mixing Group) at EUR 0.60 per share in cash. Closing is expected in Q1 2021.

Cargotec and Konecranes have signed a combination agreement and merger plan under which Konecranes will be merged into Cargotec. The combined company would have illustrative annual sales of about EUR 7.0 billion.

Sulzer has acquired a 25% stake in Tamturbo Plc, a Finnish maker of oil-free industrial air compressor systems. The two companies had a sales and supply agreement since 2018.

Interpump Group signed a binding agreement to acquire the international subsidiaries and the manufacturing unit of Finland-based GS-Hydro, a piping systems maker, for EUR 9 million, with closings expected by end of February 2018.

Engineering firm Amitec acquired a 100% stake in Formeca, a Finnish packaging machinery producer, from Stora Enso.
