Maximator GmbH commissioned a new cleanroom in Nordhausen on 11 February 2026, investing approximately EUR 250,000 to manufacture high-pressure gas compression systems for semiconductor customers. Industrial technology specialist item supported planning and implementation.

Busch Vacuum Solutions has acquired centrotherm clean solutions, a maker of industrial gas abatement systems for the semiconductor and high-tech industries. The Blaubeuren headquarters and all jobs will be retained, and the deal is aligned with Pfeiffer Vacuum.

SEMIKRON and Danfoss Silicon Power announced a merger creating a joint power electronics business, SEMIKRON-Danfoss, with over 3,500 workers. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and expected to close no later than Q3 2022.

Hoffmann + Krippner is building a new facility of about 2,200 square meters in Buchen, Germany, for an investment of EUR 3.5 million, with half the space for screen printing for printed electronics and foil printing. The project is expected to be completed within twelve months.
