Albéa Group announced an agreement to acquire Amfora Packaging, based in Bogotá with operations in Colombia and Peru, to expand its Latin American presence in beauty and personal care packaging.

ACON Investments agreed to sell its controlling interest in Colombian packaging company Amfora Packaging S.A.S. to Albéa Group. Terms were not disclosed.

Weener Plastics acquired Proenfar, a Latin American packaging company with four plants in Colombia, Argentina and Mexico, under an agreement signed April 23, 2018. The price was not disclosed.
