Atlas Copco Group acquired PowerTech Ar Comprimido Ltda, a compressed air distributor in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, which sells and services Chicago Pneumatic compressors and has 26 employees. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Atlas Copco Group will acquire Centroar, an air compressor distributor in Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil, adding service capability in Brazil's Northeast region. The deal is expected to close in Q1 2026.

Neptune Brasil & Marine, a subsidiary of Houston-based Neptune Americas & Marine, agreed to acquire 51% of Brazilian engineering and equipment maker Natec Equipamentos as of July 1, 2023. Natec will operate as Natec Equipamentos Ltda – A Neptune Marine Company.

Neuman & Esser (NEA Group) acquired Brazil's HYTRON Energy & Gas on 19 November 2020. HYTRON, based in Sumaré, São Paulo, provides engineering and system integration for PEM and alkaline electrolysers and gas reformers and is integrated into NEA Energy Solutions.

American Private Equity, a subsidiary of AFLG Holdings, has acquired HIDRALMAC, a manufacturer of high pressure custom hydraulic machinery in Araraquara, Sao Paulo, Brazil. The deal was announced on 20 March 2017 and no value was disclosed.
