Atlas Copco agreed to acquire Pressure Compressores Ltda., a piston and screw compressor manufacturer based in Maringá, Paraná, Brazil, with about 150 employees and 2016 revenue of about MSEK 145. Completion is expected in the second quarter of 2017, and the price was not disclosed.
