Trelleborg Sealing Solutions has signed an agreement to acquire Baron Group, an Australian-Chinese maker of precision silicone components, to strengthen its healthcare and medical offering. Baron had 2023 sales of about SEK 1,000 million and operates two plants in Australia and two in China.

Pact Group and Morrison & Co completed the sale of a 50 per cent stake in Pact's Crate Pooling business to Morrison, creating the 50/50 joint venture Viscount Reuse for reusable plastic packaging crates in Australia and New Zealand.

Morrison agreed to acquire a 50% interest in Pact Group's reusable plastic crate pooling business serving Australia and New Zealand, valuing the business at an enterprise value of about A$380 million.

Precision Global, a portfolio company of Peak Rock Capital and maker of valves and dispensing solutions, has acquired Australian plastics maker Ralpet Plastics Pty Ltd. The deal was reported on 2016-10-14.
