Morrison completes 50% stake purchase in Pact Group crate pooling business, forming Viscount Reuse
Pact Group and Morrison & Co completed the sale of a 50 per cent stake in Pact's Crate Pooling business to Morrison, creating the 50/50 joint venture Viscount Reuse for reusable plastic packaging crates in Australia and New Zealand.
