ONCAP announced it has acquired Precision Global, a Greenville, South Carolina manufacturer of dispensing solutions with 18 facilities. ONCAP IV invested approximately $111 million, terms otherwise undisclosed.
Precision Global, a portfolio company of Peak Rock Capital and maker of valves and dispensing solutions, has acquired Australian plastics maker Ralpet Plastics Pty Ltd. The deal was reported on 2016-10-14.
