Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) has signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Leichtmetall Aluminium Giesserei Hannover GmbH, a German specialty foundry producing high-strength recycled aluminium billets. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2024.
