GE Power Conversion was selected by Austrian BUMA engineering to supply electrical equipment for a new descaling spray plant at thyssenkrupp Steel Europe's hot rolling mill WBW2 in Duisburg, Germany, under a contract worth about USD 3.6 million, with works running from February to August 2022.
thyssenkrupp Steel Europe chose Schroeder Valves SMA minimum flow valves for the overhaul of unit 4 of its Hermann Wenzel power station in Duisburg. The valves replace a two-valve system.
