Nord Holding to acquire GEA's Bock refrigeration compressor business

GEA has agreed to sell compressor maker Bock, including Bock GmbH and its subsidiaries in the Czech Republic and India plus sites in China and Australia, to German private equity firm Nord Holding. Financial terms were not disclosed and closing is expected in early 2021.
