Inovance acquires BST to form Monarch BST elevator division

Inovance, China's largest industrial automation group, has completed the acquisition of BST, a supplier of electrical components for elevators. The merged company, Monarch BST, will form a single elevator division within Inovance with combined revenues of $500 million+.
