JK Paper to acquire Horizon Packs and Securipax Packaging for Rs 578 crore
JK Paper agreed to acquire 85% stakes in Horizon Packs and Securipax Packaging, India's corrugated packaging manufacturers with seven plants, for about Rs 578 crore in phases. The remaining 15% will be acquired within three years.
