Zotefoams acquires assets and IP of Refour ApS in Denmark
Zotefoams plc completed the acquisition of the assets and intellectual property of Refour ApS of Skanderborg, Denmark, for a modest cash consideration. Refour's CEO Torben Andersen joins Zotefoams.
