Workdry International, parent of Selwood, Siltbuster and Vanderkamp, has acquired Florida-based Holland Pump Company, a water handling and pump rental provider, to expand into North America. The deal gives Workdry a presence on the US East and Gulf Coasts.
Workdry International has acquired Holland Pump Company, a pump rental business with over 1,000 pumps across 15 US sites, backed by Arcus Infrastructure Partners. It will operate as Workdry's North American division.

Arcus Infrastructure Partners has acquired Workdry International, a UK provider of water pumps and industrial wastewater treatment equipment and services. Lincoln International advised on the deal.
