EBARA acquires Hayward Gordon, North American pump and mixer maker
Japan's EBARA Corporation acquired 100% of Hayward Gordon L.P., a Toronto-based maker of heavy-duty process pumps and mixers, expanding EBARA's North American presence. The deal value was not disclosed.
