Sonoco has signed a definitive agreement to acquire S.P. Holding, Skjern A/S, a Danish paperboard manufacturer, in an all-cash deal estimated at $88 million (675 million DKK).
Sonoco has announced the acquisition of Skjern Paper, a Denmark-based recycled paperboard manufacturer with annual capacity of 75,000 metric tons, for $88 million, with completion expected in Q4 2022.
