Bingshan Refrigeration to buy 60% of Panasonic Compressor and 55% of Panasonic Refrigeration
Bingshan Refrigeration announced plans to acquire 60% of Panasonic Compressor from Sanyo Electric and 55% of Panasonic Refrigeration for a combined cash price of RMB 1.011 billion, giving it full ownership of both.
