Pact Group converts A$420M of loans into first sustainability-linked loan in Australian manufacturing
Pact Group has converted AU$420 million of existing loan facilities into a sustainability-linked loan, the first such transaction for an Australian manufacturing company. Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Westpac and HSBC were lead arrangers.
