Treffpack Beteiligungsgesellschaft and Industrial Packaging Group are merging their packaging wholesale businesses into Packaging Alliance Europe SA, held equally by both, covering Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the UK, the Nordics, the Netherlands and France. The merger is expected to close later in 2022.
Industrial Packaging Group and Treffpack Beteiligungsgesellschaft agreed to combine their shareholdings into a new holding, PACKAGING ALLIANCE EUROPE SA, a merger of equals in primary packaging. Member companies operate in eight European countries.
