Helios Technologies is expanding its Daman Products plant in Mishawaka, Indiana by 50,000 square feet and adding a significant number of employees. The site will become a Center of Excellence for North American manifold operations, with relocation expected by Q3 2023.
Helios Technologies signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Daman Products Company, a Mishawaka, Indiana maker of precision hydraulic manifolds and integrated packages. The purchase price was not disclosed.
