Soteria Flexibles, a US flexible packaging maker, agreed to acquire all shares of Montreal-based film and packaging manufacturer Imaflex for CAD 2.35 per share in cash, a total equity value of about CAD 123 million. Closing is expected in the first quarter of 2026.
