Atlas Copco Compressors has acquired the operating assets of Compressed Air Products, Inc. (CAP), a longtime distributor based in Newnan, Georgia, which will become a direct branch. Twenty people will join Atlas Copco; the price was not disclosed.
Atlas Copco has completed the acquisition of the assets of the Stainless Design Concepts (SDC) division from CVD Equipment Corporation for around $16.9 million, reported on 6 April 2026.
