Hitachi Energy won a major order from TenneT and TransnetBW to supply HVDC Light converter stations for the SuedLink DC4 link, which will carry up to 2,000 MW from Wilster in the north to Bergrheinfeld in the south. The announcement was made on 3 August 2022.
