onsemi and the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade have agreed not to proceed with the planned expansion of silicon carbide production at onsemi's existing Rožnov pod Radhoštěm site, originally announced in June 2024. The decision is due to evolving SiC market dynamics, but existing operations continue unaffected.
