Omori North America

Omori North America and PMI Kyoto Packaging Systems agreed to form J-Packaging Solutions Inc. (JPS), a jointly owned company combining primary and secondary packaging machinery and end-of-line automation for North American manufacturers. No financial terms were disclosed.
