Bailey International opened a new MVP (Motors, Valves, Pumps) Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with over 20,000 sq ft, stocking and manufacturing hydraulic motors, valves and pumps. The center follows Bailey's earlier acquisition of Hydrolico.
Bailey International, owned by EBSCO Industries, announced the acquisition of Quebec-based hydraulic and pneumatic equipment maker Hydrolico International, which has facilities in Montreal and Walker, Michigan. The deal value was not disclosed.
