ALJO Green Energy GmbH

Spanish private equity firm PHI Industrial has acquired ALJO, a German manufacturer of complex aluminium structures for aerospace, space, automotive, and naval industries. The deal is the first investment from PHI Fund IV, targeting €150 million, and represents under 10% of the fund's planned size.
