Becker Stahl-Service GmbH

Accura III GmbH from Cologne, Germany, is acquiring exclusive control over Becker Stahl-Service GmbH from Düsseldorf, Germany, and its subsidiaries forming the Becker Group. The Slovak competition authority has initiated proceedings to assess the merger.

Accura III GmbH filed for merger control to acquire all shares and sole control of Becker Stahl-Service GmbH, a manufacturer of pressed and stamped steel and aluminum parts and a steel service center.
