EU clears Seres Group to join Mercedes-Benz and BMW in Ionchi joint venture
The European Commission approved the acquisition of joint control of Beijing IONCHI New Energy Technology (Ionchi) by Mercedes-Benz China, BMW Brilliance Automotive and Seres Group, with each holding a 33.3% stake. Seres joins the venture previously controlled by Mercedes-Benz and BMW.
