Avalon Technologies and Zollner Elektronik AG formed a joint venture to manufacture PCB assemblies, box-built units and system integration products in India. Zollner will initially hold 51%, with Avalon having an option to buy an additional 2% after three years of commercial production.

Avalon Technologies and Zollner Elektronik signed a joint venture agreement to establish Zollner Avalon Private Limited in India. Zollner will initially own 51% and Avalon 49%, with Avalon having an option to acquire an additional 2% to become majority owner. The venture will focus on PCBA manufacturing, system building, testing, and related services.
