Wetzel SA, through its subsidiary Wetzel Investimentos e Participações, acquired 100% of Martinrea Honsel Brasil, an aluminium automotive components manufacturer based in Monte Mor, São Paulo. The acquisition strengthens Wetzel's presence in aluminium automotive components.

Wetzel Investimentos e Participações Ltda., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wetzel Investimentos, acquired 100% of the quotas of Martinrea Honsel Brasil Ltda., a metalworking company in Monte Mor/SP specializing in aluminum automotive components.
